I've done it! I've managed to climb another rung in the continuously growing ladder of social acceptance by starting a blog and writing in it (the last rung was achieved when I joined Facebook). I've always been slow to keep up with social networking and communication tools except for MSN, and am usually the last to get involved. Even now, blogging is a relatively unfamiliar territory for me and as of yet, I don't think I have the necessary experience to continually maintain an interesting and thought-provoking blog. I don't even know what I should write about.
I created this blog about two weeks ago and this is my first post. I basically lost interest after fiddling with all the settings in order to make the orginial template look unique and individualised. But no, the shape and form hasn't deviated much from the original and the frustration involved wasn't worth it. I decided to title it Deceptive Anecdotes simply because that's probably what most of my posts will be. Supposedly interesting or humurous writings which in fact will most likely not be the case. I thought I might use my blog as an opportunity to practice writing - since I would otherwise not have many chances to do so. So bear with me as I present my thoughts, experiences and musings in what will hopefully be material worth the time to read.
Now after more than an hour... I conclude my first post.
